Not the experience I was hoping for. I felt I was not heard and was treated as though my pain was inconsequential and minimalized. Talk down to by someone younger than the condition I have had and been fighting. After listening to her speech about trying a "new" medication and not even examined I got up, excused myself, and left. My husband had endure my tears all the way home (20 miles). I won't go back.

Everyone was extremely kind. From the front desk to the nurses, doctors and anastisiologist. The nurse who put my IV in was quick, explained everything, joked with me and made me feel safe. The anastisiologist was nice, made small talk and helped me not be so nervous. And my doctor was just an angel. Her bedside mannor makes you realize everything really will be ok. I went to sleep and woke back up. Quick easy. No side effects. No problems the next day. For me having to not have my mom in there with me? For being so scared of what might be going on? It was way easier than i thought it might be. Thank you all so much! So so so so much!

Woke up to hear the doctor who had done my colonoscopy say I needed to hurry up and wake up so he could leave for the day. The lady I had been seeing wanted to put me on a medication when I switched one of my other meds, no one wanted to call me back or answer any questions. Was told I couldn’t make another appointment with the lady I had been seeing because she was leaving, or make an appointment with anyone else. Switched to the Tualatin office to be treated the same way. Ended up filing a complaint against them with my insurance when I called to find out where else I could go. Overall rude staff, other than the one nurse who made sure I was ok pre colonoscopy. *update* because my insurance did the complaint they sent me a letter dropping me as a patient completely unless it’s an emergency and only if the emergency is within 30 days of when they sent the letter

Staff is friendly and calming from the time of first phone contact to the end of procedure. Office is clean, music playing everywhere which was great. All staff explained procedures and answered questions. The process was efficient but not rushed. Follow up call couple days later asking how I was doing. Highly recommend The Oregon Clinic.

Questions & Answers

Hello, I have a specific question I would like to ask the physician I had an appointment with. Do you have a way I can email her? Do you have a patient portal like "My Chart"? Thank you, Catharine

You'd need to call the Dr, but I was told about 2 weeks for results.
