I order two medium any toppings pizza and brownies They gave me one larger pizza and brownies I called to get a refund and they used DoorDash to deliver the pizza So I called they said you have to talk to Door dash to get the refund and Then Door Dash you have to call Pizza Hut ..So basically I didn’t get resolved

Using my account on the Pizza Hut mobile application I ordered The Stuffed Crust Pizza with Roma tomatoes and white sauce. It was deliciously prepared. Fresh toppings, cheesy filled buttery crust toasted just right. And served to me warm in a hot box. The tiny waiting area was clean. The young lady was friendly and helpful. I never noticed this location. Location notes: The establishment is small and easy to miss. It is tucked away at the far end of the Sunrise Marketplace Plaza. I bought the pizza for $3.25 because I redeemed some of my pizza points and still received 6 points for my order. Thank you for the great service. We will be returning often.

Worst pizza service ever . I ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout , they told me it would take 15-20min . After 15min I changed my mind and asked them to deliver it instead . They told me it would take 25-30min to deliver it (even though I only live 5min away) I said okay . Because I understand they have other orders to deliver . 45min have passed then I called back to ask if my order was on the way. Apparently they “were waiting on the drive to get back “ . I said okay . 10min later . I get a call back asking if I wanted my pizza delivered ???!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ By this time I’m frustrated . I spoke with the dispatcher in charge she promised that the pizza was still hot and fresh . When they FINALLY delivered it , it was not .Cold !! And Dry !! So if you plan on ordering either 1: order ahead of time or 2: just pick up your order . Worst experience ever ! P.S I am not one to post bad reviews , but that’s how bad my experience was !!
