I have been waiting 2 hours for my simple order. I love five minutes away and then when I call they say I cannot cancel it. Very bad service.

I’m really not sure why I give this Dominos (blue diamond & Decatur) chance after chance. Besides the manager being a total asshat, lacking managerial skills, the pizzas that come out of this place are either so cold the cheese is hard or today, totally raw. Yes, I was offered a new pizza but because I did a curbside pick up - ON MY LUNCH - I didn’t have time to waste for yet another chance at something that should’ve been done before they brought the order to my car. I mean, when did we have to start specifying that we not only want pepperoni pizza, but would also like it cooked? Good riddance.

I was hoping your pizza had changed by now. How can you make pizza that is practically inedible? Your mozzarella sort of crumbles and dissolves! Why? This is your last chance. I kept hoping you would have stepped up your game in taste, but disappointed for the last time. It's too bad because your location, quickness in delivery and customer service is great! Let me know when your pizza gets good.

A great experience ordered easy online and conveniently picked it up after 10 min. They were friendly and quickly got me all the necessities for a great family meal!!!!! I personally highly recommend the best pizza available in all of Southern Highlands. Also very clean along with an are for the kids to step up to watch the pizza making process!!!!! Thank you for opening such a great establishment close to my house!!!
