Just ordered the (3) 5 piece fingers, they were small over fried and dry. They used to be good sized and tasty. Don't know what's happened to their food but it definitely wasn't worth the $15 per order I paid.

So I have been to this location before and the service was a little on the rude side but other than that the overall experience was fine. I went there a few nights ago and the following was my experience. 1. As I was ordering it seemed like they were out of almost everything I was wanting to order. 2. When I sat down in the dining area of approximately 10 tables all the napkin holders were empty. 3. I found a piece of metal scrubbing pad in my chicken finger. 4. As I left I noticed that they were getting a food delivery. Notice the state of the truck delivering the food. This place apparently has new owners. By the look of all the one star reviews. I will be shocked if the business will be open in another 6 months. If the current owners were smart they would sell fast.

Prior to today, I can't remember the last time I had food that was absolutely inedible. This may have been the worst meal I've ever had from a dining establishment in Las Vegas. I got a stromboli, chicken wings, and fries. The stromboli was undercooked, floppy, and soggy. I can look past that. When I took a bite, it tasted the way that raw questionable chicken smells. Like, maybe this is okay? I don't know. I was hungry so I powered thru the first slice. Then I decided to dissect it to figure out what was going on. It was the salami! Never have I had salami that tastes like bad or questionable chicken. Well, never before today. I declared the stromboli inedible. Move on to the wings. You can't screw up wings, right? They did somehow. They were dry and seemingly overcooked - but not blackened. I don't know how you do that. Maybe freezer burn? I don't know. The skin didn't want to separate from the meat. It was hard to chew. Very odd. I don't trust it. Inedible. (Also: no celery sticks, which isn't a requirement and I wouldn't knock off stars just for that, but it's worth mentioning) Last thing was fries - an impulsive upsell for $1. Like the stromboli, they were extremely soggy as if they were undercooked. They were brown though - well, about half of them were. They were all the same amount of soggy, unsalted, and half brown. Edible, but at this point I don't trust anything from this place. I'm now questioning whether or not this place has appeared on Dirty Dining. If they haven't yet, I'm certain they will be soon. There's probably a thousand other pizza places in Las Vegas - and every single other place I've sampled in my 20 years here has been better than this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I'm new to the area and my husband was craving deep dish pizza. I wanted to surprise him and since some of the reviews seemed descent, I decided to give them a try. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza & 10 piece honey BBQ wings. WORST. CHOICE. EVER! I ordered through Google maps (ends up being a third party app) and showed up 25 minutes later. You know, expecting to wait maybe 20 minutes more just to get my pizza right out of the oven. Well, walked in some older grouchy looking guy was folding boxes (never said a word) so I proceeded to the cashier (she was super nice and sweet by the way) who told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. Hmmm I was a little upset and decided to go buy a few drinks down the street and with the wonderful Vegas flowers (orange cones everywhere) there was obviously traffic on Nellis. Well I ended up receiving a call about 55 minutes later and picked up my pizza. It was no more than a 5 minute drive home (keep in mind husband and I were both excited and hangry at that point) only to find that almost all of the cheese aside from the top was not melted 😅 like I kid you not, you can still pull the cheese strip aside. We were not only bothered but also mad at the fact that I spent almost $50 on those two items. We will definitely not be recommending this place nor eating here, even if it's the last place on earth. To the cashier: thank you for being so kind!
