I ordered pizza for dinner and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I got a message saying that it would be delivered by doordash which was not a problem,.. check the app and it said to my pizza would have been delivered at at 10:48 10:50. At that time the app said that it was 2 minutes away it kept bouncing from 2 minutes to 3 minutes to 2 minutes to 3 minutes to 2 minutes and so on. I called the doordash driver and he said that he was still waiting on my order; after I made the call it was delivered the pizza was Stone Cold... I was told by him that he was waiting for my pizza which means it should have been hot it was not I'm very dissatisfied we wind up not even eating it and throwing it away. I spent almost $28 for two pizzas that were even worth eating I am very disappointed

When it comes to fresh pizza, everyone knows how it’s supposed to taste and smell. After picking up my order from this Pizza Hut location and driving a short distance back home, my food was extremely cold - absolutely horrible. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, we decided to drive back to take the food back and simply get a refund. Once we walked in, the manager, Joshua, came to speak with us and had an attitude about us returning the pizza after we explained to him the ordeal. He was very rude and short with his customers, which is unacceptable. I would not recommend going to this Pizza Hut location.

Probably the worst pizza hut store to date. Michelle was unprofessional. Did not want to give me the store credit that had been given to me earlier this year because THEY messed up my order of wings. It was only 19 $. Well she said that it only lasts one month from date. I told her no one had let me know that it was only going to last one month, and she said there was nothing she can do. Definitely the worst pizza hut and the employees clearly don't know anything about guest opportunity and experience. Wish I would've known that my credit was only good for a month......

Used contactless option no answer so had to walk in. The sauce for boneless wings were not on the wings it was under so we had to mix it. Pizza was cut so badly it had odd shapes and was overcooked. Parts were hard and a shame since it was a stuffed crust. This store seems to be getting worse each time.
