The workout help keep my cardio, endurance and strength in great shape plus for myself I've discovered this workout is a great stress release and definitely contributes positively to my mental health!! The atmosphere is clean, fun and energetic. The Trainers are awesome.they keep you motivated, challenged and are well-trained in many areas of kickboxing! I recently took advantage of the free workout to see if this gym was a good fit for me. It wasn't good it is amazing! Jessie the Phoenix, helped me that first day and every workout since I have felt more motivated for the next time.It is clean,organized and only takes 30 minutes. Workouts are always different. The professional trainers are so supportive.They are there to encourage you and help you maintain the proper moves. Another great thing is that you can drop in anytime so it can work around any schedule. This is what I needed to get healthy again.No excuses. I am now signed up for the yearly membership!

9Round is a great gym to work out at; and the only gym I've stuck with for multiple years. There's always a trainer there to guide you and the workout is only 30 minutes (but it is intense!) I love not having to think about what I'm going to do at the gym. I just show up and work out! I wish they were open later in the afternoon but hopefully they will go back to longer hours soon.
