Pizza never arrived and calling the store location was pointless. On hold for 20 mins before being transferred to a call center. Went in that circle between call center and atore location 3 times only to have the store location pick up and hang up each time.

The staff at University dr in Durham North Carolina ain't worth a darn waiting 3hrs for food and still didn't receive it when calling the store all those little kids want to do is play games can't even get their job right. The management socks and need to be fired .

This place is consistently reliable. The food is always ready in 15 minutes, served hot, with excellent service. The people who work here work hard—and are friendly and polite. I've always had great service and great food from this Pizza Hut location. I highly recommend for parties, teenagers, and Friday nights!

The staff is AMAZING! But shame on the owner to heap so much work on so few people. Pay better and people will show up. It only diminishes your product because it was a half an hour late.
