I've mostly interacted with the service department. They're fine once you get their attention. They're the only Volvo dealer left in Seattle, so they're not worried you might go somewhere else for warranty work. It consistently takes weeks to get an appointment. When you do get there, at the appointed time, there's nobody ready to talk to you. I've waited as much as a half hour past my appointment time to talk to somebody. When they do work on your car, they don't seem to look for other problems. At the moment, I'm taking mine back to them for the third time in two months. I certainly don't want them to do unauthorized work on my car, but I would like them to give a once-over and call me so that I have the choice of getting it all done once rather than going back to them over and over, particularly given that bringing the car in is a hassle.

We already agreed to purchase vehicle at full price, just waiting on appraisal of trade in. Had pre-approval letter from back and they sold the vehicle right out from under us. We would've been happy to put a deposit down, nobody asked for anything. That's some shady business practices, we won't be doing business with you ever. I'll make sure everybody knows about your "highest quality, most ethical automotive purchase experience available." What a joke.

We started working with Dani Ferreira in sales and were in the final stage of negotiations on a minivan. When she/they sent the written proposal with dealer fees, we started asking questions. Once we started asking questions for details on dealer fees we did not understand, they completely "ghosted us", never replied, just completely ignored us and now we are left wondering what in the world kind of dealer is this who 1) doesn't explain their expensive dealer fees, and 2) just completely drops communication with a customer. Unprofessional and dishonest, is what it is. Do not recommend at all, it's just sad we have to say goodbye to the van we had set our minds on.

I cannot put into words how fantastic of an experience I had with Ozzy today. He was such a genuine guy, made the buying process a breeze. I went to him a few weeks back with what I was after and he kept me in mind, made buying so smooth and even was accommodating with my 2 and 5 year old in tow (which was hectic at best). The experience was above and beyond and Ozzy specifically made it so low key and everything you'd ask and want while investing in a car. He knew his stuff and made sure to spend time showing us all the fun things inside the Volvo. Thank you so much to Volvo Cars Seattle and especially to Ozzy- we are thrilled and cannot wait to cruise around in our Volvo!
