BUYER BEWARE! You will regret it, please save yourself the unnecessary migraine and do not purchase anything from this phony furniture company. It’s been 15 months since I paid $1500 for my leather chair which still hasn’t been delivered. I have heard every excuse from the staff, wrong chair was made, trying to sale you a different product, and the worse trying to give you an low quality defective item. They refuse to refund my money and now state that they will have to deduct the shipping charge when shipping was quoted as free. Then now that I requested my money back they stopped answering and refuse to return my money. Poor customer service and no communication. Worse online sales company

Purchased the most perfect Luonto Sleeper sofa for my space. The staff was truly patient with me as I requested a high number of swatches to make sure that the color would go with my color scheme. The White Glove Delivery Service was also well worth the price as these sofas tend to be heavy because of their sturdy mechanisms. I use it mainly as a sofa in my office/guest room and find it to be more comfortable than the one in my living room. I also napped on it once and was delighted with the firmness of the mattress. My visitors will be very happy. I was a bit worried about purchasing out of state. The next time I will not hesitate to purchase from Sleepers in Seattle. The service and the product are excellent.

We called the store looking for help in getting a frame repair for our 12-year-old American Leather sleeper sofa. Despite its age, it was in very good condition and we wanted help getting it fixed. The shop helped us get in touch with the manufacturer but, unfortunately, its age made getting parts difficult. We went back to the shop, and Beatrice there put us in touch with a local repair person they use who was able to help us get the sleeper quickly back in service. It saved us from having to replace the otherwise good-condition item during what would have been a long, post-Covid delivery delay. They did a great job of customer service!
