My husband used the facilities and said the changing station was open. No signs saying otherwise

I have a kohls cash for 10 dollies has expired I was sick couldn't shop could I get it reissued???

I've been able to use it after it expired, as long as it was within a month of the exp date. But as David said, they are getting stricter about those types of things. Still worth a try though.
