My husband and I had a great experience with this dealership. We worked with Moe and he was great! Very down to earth, relaxing, and easy buying experience. Dealing primarily with one person was great and no switching from person to person. They weren’t trying to sneak any warranties or additional coverages that we did not want. We will definitely be back soon for another vehicle!

I have had multiple great experiences at this dealership (though have had some frustrations with MB Financial Services, though that's for another time). In general, I find the sales people to be non-pushy and straight shooting, and genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy. The prices are also way better here vs other Mercedes dealerships, and when getting my car serviced, I've always been offered a courtesy loaner so I don't have to wait.

This dealer sent me multiple text messages requesting that I make an appointment to come into their location. I made the appointment based on their identified availability, rescheduled my own personal plans, and arrived 5 minutes early. Once I walked into the dealership, I was immediately notified they didn’t have enough staff to help me regardless of the appointment booked in advance. I get it, times are tough right now, so this review is not based on staffing shortages. After waiting 25 minutes I was notified there was no reason to book the appointment, and this was a result of a “Call Center”. The entire experience presented by this dealership team, made me feel dismissed and disregarded. It is apparent they do not have solid ability to manage or communicate well with their employees and prospective customers on the platform currently in use. The overall experience was cold. I suggest they focus on adjusting appointments based on actual availability. In addition, maybe ensure the team provides a warm welcome and a courteous approach to prospects. I would not waste time going back to this location and I would have never thought Mercedes would be so cold.

Great experience! Lisa was personable and knowledgeable. Brian was helpful and straightforward. None of the usual runaround or overt pressure one gets at a dealership. Even when they didn't have to work a better deal for me, they did. Left with a very positive feeling about the visit and purchase.
