Moved to Lake Isabella and had all my medications transferred up to this rite aid. I believe that it was the biggest mistake i made the biggest problem is they claimed that they always have to reorder my meds but there favor line is we are waite on the shipment and it will be herein two days give us a call at noon.i have been out of meds for 5 days now and feeling the pain. So as soon as I get a chance I will take my business elsewhere. I hear that Kernville has a family owned drug store that treat there customers with care and respect the thing I hate the most is being lie to and that all this riteaid has done so far.

Blue haired chick at the front counter conducted herself in a rude, exasperated manner as if she were doing me a favor ringing up my items. Terrible attitude. Surprised someone has not yanked that excessive face jewelry out of her nose. Yet. The store is frequented by such a volume of trashy folks that apparently even the polite, non shop-lifting normal folks get treated like trash. Gross!

So disappointed in managment. I came to return ink i purchased the night before and was not given a receipt for. Manager told me i could only recieve half credit. And they could absoultely NOT look up the transaction using my wellness card number. I get home and look online. She lied straight to my face! YOU CAN LOOK IT UP AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT BEEN LONGER THAN 48 HOURS!!Danielle, thank you so much for your thoughtful review.
