This new ramp was constructed as part of the mitigation for the Lake Isabella dam reconstruction project. It will be nice at high water levels but useless at low water levels. The parking lot is above the ramp and a bit of a walk after parking. The turnaround area on the ramp is not that Large so a big rig may have to back down all the way.

The lake is at at 2580 ft today, a good level for this time of year but is going down a little every day. Since yesterday it went down 3 in.
