This hardware store is huge. I was able to get a key made here and was able to find the tool set I need. They have paint and gardening departments too.

True Value website lists Mighty Cool 5000-7000 at about$24. Concentric Cooler pump 7000-10,000 CFM, 120 v. For about $26.
