I ordered through Ubereats a couple of weeks ago for two hamburgers and a large sweet tea. I ate one burger and was drinking my tea and saw a bug in it. I've worked fast food and even was a manager and know the ice machines get dirty but I always paid attention when I dispensed the ice. Cause I know dirt can come out as well. And it's just a habit. I'm looking in the cups as the ice comes out. I don't know. It's just something I do even before I started working fast food. They never contacted me about the situation and no even if they offered free food. I will not be back. When there's one bug there's more someplace she. I ended up throwing up the one hamburger I ate and threw the other one sway. No thank you I will not be back. And I have told others. We waste the extra gas to go tonanother McDonald's. And the bug wasn't from the Ubereats driver. For one the cup was sealed and the bug was inside and I've had the same delivery driver for a few deliveries. So it wasn't from him

I've giving them 3 stars because the dinner shift(after 5pm) was super nice and did a great job, as well as the previous shift did pretty well. However the problem was they left plastic on my quarter pounder, like the cheese separator thing and it was cut in the shape of a hexagon. There was also a hair between the plastic and the cheese. We called after seeing that, right after shift change and they remade the whole order no issue on top of the fact that the front lady personally inspected and bagged all the food. We found out that, that was the 4th time THAT DAY(07/24/22) this issue had happened

POOR SERVICE! I placed a mobile order and paid for the order in the app, even received confirmation from the bank the order was paid for. When I arrived at the window they wanted me to pay for the order again. Showed them the information from the bank, they said I had canceled the payment! Didn't share this a couple weeks ago, because I thought it was just a one time issue. I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes, everything was in the meal except for the pancakes 🥞. This was supposed to cover my meals for the whole day due to working 17 hours. Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. If you want McDonald's, FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION! You will be very disappointed with this location!

Went super excited about Mario kart happy meals. The girl said she would have to go to the front to get them and she was too busy. We said we were here to buy them and she refused. Umm okay lazy. We were the nicest too. I know you deal with rude people all the time and we were so nice and excited about it.
