Terrible. Lose my mail, refuse to help, make excuses and then finally ignore me. I think some drivers steal or just dump packages. Same goes for calling usps headquarters, no help at all.

Waited over 30 min in line to mail a certified letter. Finally get to the register and another girl comes out to open the other register from a lunch break. Cool, i'm not hating on your break but that seems inefficient, seeing as how I waited 1/2 hr to mail a letter. And so when I made a comment about this fact she snaps at me, "it's called lunch." What an entirely unprofessional way to handle your patrons. I will absolutely avoid this place in the future if possible.

As other reviewers have stated, horrible customer service. Supervisor is not helpful at all and rude as hell. Word of advice for anyone who needs a duplicate key for cluster box mailbox. Just go to a locksmith. They charged me $4. The post office wanted to charge $45 and said they had to replace the whole lock.

Just moved so had to use this post office. I put my mail on hold while I waited for my keys. I get my keys and ask the gentleman to turn off the hold. Two weeks go by and there’s no mail in my mailbox yet I’m getting informed delivery. So I go to pick it up and the same gentleman tells me he can’t find my mail and it’s not there. Came back a few days later and asked a different employee and they were able to find it. Avoid this post office I always have problems here and it seems everyone else does to.

He may have a medical condition, there is a plexiglass barrier to ensure no spread of germs.
Generally work about 50 hours a week, walk about 11.5 miles a day (on a walking route). We all use the trucks. Case loose mail in the morning for about an hour and a half and then head out to the street delivering letters, periodicals and parcels. It's generally a pretty good job, you work outside and the benefits are great!
It depends......if the package was refused yesterday it's more than likely already returned to sender. If the package was refused today the carriers have not returned to the station. Call the PO to find out for sure.
No, sorry we do not renew passports. You can go to the department of state website and there you can renew your passport or at least find out where you need to go.
Thank you. On that to back they dont have a tracking system like the city buses
There could be many reasons. Depends on situation. Dog lose in yard, no mail to deliver, broken mail box etc.....
Your I.D with the matching address or proof of residence. Lease etc
