Working on my 73 K5 Blazer
I ordered a tool set from them and never received it and had to literally fight for my money back. They gave some fake tracking number for my package. It wasn't even to my address or in my name. I had told my daughter about the deal before I knew they were a bad company. She ordered the same day I did. Well the same thing happened to her. Not a company to bet trusted at all!!! FRAUD and SCAMMERS!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS with Milwaukee EVER!!! Would like to have given them -100 stars.

Went to get 1/2 router chuck and the blonde lady with tattoos was just rude from when I entered the door. They asked I would put on a mask and I complied. While waiting she starting shutting the lights off and closing up as if I wasn’t there. I will not be buying Milwaukee tools from this point and going to this store. Poorest customer service I have ever received

Read all the bad reviews but went there anyhow. Arrived near closing but they still were willing to help. Dropped my tool in the dirt and ripped the clear cover. Tool internals were dirty and it was a m18 hydraulic drill. Took it in and they said they would order a new cover. A week later it was fixed and cleaned and I was only charged for the cover. Great service and I'm glad they had a service shop in the city. Thanks! Later hours and weekends would be great.

I read the negative reviews so I was prepared for the worse. The person at the desk was on his earbud phone conversation so it seems like they don’t acknowledge the customer standing at the counter, They need to work on that. Overall he was very knowledgeable of the tool repair and warranty process. After two weeks I picked up my 4 1/2 year old Sawzall and didn’t pay a dime! 5 year warranty is incredible! I’ll be converting to Milwaukee power tools as my DeWalt and Makita tools break down. As for the bad reviews, If you want to be greeted by a happy face, go to Walmart. These people sell and repair tools! I want them to be knowledgeable and proficient at what they do, which is why I give them 4 stars.

Not that I am aware of. But, go to milwaukeetool.com
I don't work there but I have not seen anything like that. And I sell a lot of Milwaulkee tools. And how can they sell the New tools if they offer conversion kits. A marketing nightmare. Lol
Amazon has the best selection. The salesman was telling me about some new items that Milwaukee had put out recently. I asked him do you have them in stock. He said he didn't, but he showed me a Home depot website that had them for purchase. There goes your best selection comment. That place sucks Bro never going go back. I'm telling all my contractor friends stay away.
