If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I come to the McDonald’s it always a problem. One time I ordered a McDouble and only got one patty so the second time I asked for a double cheese burger and received only bread and cheese no meat and when I called both times no solution was made other than drive all the way back and ask for a free burger not even given a name of someone to ask for 🙄 and the last 3 times we have gotten quarter pounders they aren’t even cooked they are literally raw! I have to microwave them for 3 minutes at home to get them cooked then they don’t even taste right after. They need someone to come look into this place. I’m ready to call the health department because this is ridiculous. Not once have I been offered my money back just given excuses on why they aren’t cooked. Drive down to the Orem McDonald’s never have issues with that one!

I swear they choose who they want to help at the drive thru. I'll be the first one pulled in and car pulls behind me. The second drive thru a car shows up they takes there order a car pulls behind them and take theres it repeats for 5min. Then they ask me if can i wait. Its very rude specially when 5mins already past and they ask for you to wait. There is not that many fast food place that have HIC Orange. It happend 5/4

My family and I came through the drive they this afternoon and the person at the window was rude and our order was not right and he asked what do you want me to do about it. There was a lady in the background who got it irritated and told us to pull forward and with major attitude. The customers service at this location is awful and if they are going to have people at the window they at least should be pleasant. If you can’t work with people don’t work in customer service. We will never be going back to this location!!!

So McDonald's, you normally know what you're getting, right? Well this was the worst experience at fast food I've ever had. First they got our order wrong and couldn't find it because the employee that took our order put it under their name in the app. Took awhile to get it resolved at the first window. Guy at the second window was making yawning noises when we got there and was like "finally". While he gave us the food he literally took a fry and started eating it!!! And with gross dirty nails. Third, their soda machine was broken so we had to go inside and fill up soda, but turns out they had our full order wrong so had to fix that. Get home and take a bite of the chicken and it was pink. Worst McDonald's ever.
