We did not have a bad experience but we ordered 3 meals and our friends never got his fries. Then we have tried their pretzel sticks with queso twice but both times we not great... 1st time nice soft pretzels but no queso cheese was given to us, but figured try it again, then now 2nd time we got hard as rock pretzels and queso cheese with nothing edible to dip into it. Other then that the food was great and the blizzards are always good!

the blizzards were so gross. we were supposed to get a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard which is vanilla ice cream, caramel syrup, cheesecake bites, and fudge covered soft caramel bites. they replaced the fudge covered caramel bites with hard chocolate shavings and didn’t even tell us and it was gross. we asked for extra cheesecake also and didn’t get any extra. for that long of a wait in line and to spend that much money you’d think they’d make what you ordered.

This has got to be the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been in and I have been in a lot all over the country! There were plenty of booths and tables with a numbered of families having dinners together. Also, they had a special area with saddles for seats for the youngens. The young lady who waited on me was friendly and had my order ready quickly.

Food was hot n fresh burgers were prepared as ordered but we attempted to order the kids grilled cheese meal (they no longer carry it) when switching to the cheeseburger they charged us and delivered the regular menu size not the kids. We got out of town and realized they also hadn't given us the bottled waters that went with the meals. 😞 We paid 20+ for what should have been two kids meals and 2 shakes with bottled water.
