Staff were friendly. Quick to get a room, not too much paperwork. Price not terrible for the location. Room very nice with many outlets and extras but disappointed in a few aspects. The AC did not get cold at all. Set at the lowest temperature and highest fan and I was warm in the far bed. The bathroom looks much nicer than most hotels, but the shower design, although looks nice, is terribly designed. Having to reach into a small hole in the glass to turn the shower on and adjust temperature and then the shower head does not adjust well and soaks the floor of the bathroom. Overall it's nice and a good stop before Yellowstone. I'd suggest making a reservation ahead of time if you can (try for a price deal) and go to the room early and check everything out. It was late, so I didn't want to call and ask about the AC. Oh also, the tissue in the room was nearly empty. I understand not changing it for every day but some extra should be left in the room. Overall good.

These are cabins. They are not run by Holiday Inn but are owned by the same person that owns the Holiday Inn and the other hotel in the same parking lot. The cabin we had was just big enough for 2 double beds with walking space to get to the door and the bathroom. Go to the store in the Holiday Inn parking lot to check in. Good location, close to fast food and shopping.

The staff was amazing. I feel bad they have to deal with some of the features and benefits ownership has established. Heads up: The pool is outdoors. Our kids were very disapointed. It was chilly outside and another day it was raining. We wondered 'an outside pool in this part of the country?' This property is an old Holiday Inn but has been tastefully updated. However, the rooms are still small. The rooms don't look anything like the one they display on the site. They have a restaurant attached and part of the hotel. We were told you can't order off the menu during the summer. They offer a buffet but we calculated the cost of our 6 member family would be $110. for breakfast. We passed on that option. We saw and ate at the Best Western Premier which looks amazing. That's where we'll stay next time in Cody.

We got there late, like 11 pm. It was pouring the rain too. It took us a while to find our cabin because it was so dark. Ours was supposed to have a king sized bed, but had 2 double beds. I will say the bathroom was spotless. All white and shiny clean. It only has a shower, no tub. There were Beekman,Brothers hand soap and shampoo. I love their products. There was a bar of soap and a little bottle of shampoo. They're all made with goat milk. But the reason for 4 stars was because of the issue with one of the beds. My husband said he kept sinking down on his side of the bed. So he eventually went and slept in the other bed. He said he slept good then. For a quick overnight stay it was good.
