Across the street is a lot big enough for a RV. It was perfect! They developed a town of old log cabins that they moved to this area. Furnished them as they would have been back in the day. Average time is 1 hour. Took me 1 1/2 hours. Loved it! Plaques outside each cabin describe what kind of cabin it is.

I visited Old Trail Town a few days ago, and had a lovely experience. The ladies working there were knowledgeable and friendly. One lady even taught me to lasso a cow! The exhibits were pretty interesting. I would recommend it, if you like history (which I do!) They even had a cute little souvenir shop in the general store.

Loved the history Old Trail Town had to offer. Original logs cabins and history of the people who owned them. Pretty cool that Jeremiah Johnston was reburied here. Very nice history on his burial. Robert Redford was one if the pallbearers. Great collection of wagons, etc and history of making them, too. One of the cabins was used by the Hole in the Wall Gang. We enjoyed our time here. Nice gift shop also that helps support the Trail Town.

Loved the place. If you want to see historic log cabins and learn about local History. So much to look at.

I dont remember
I think they would probably allow that, the publicity would do them good. You should call them.
Belle Drewry (1867-1897) was murdered at Arland in 1897. Belle was reburied in 1986 at Old Trail Town
That would be sufficient, but everything has a very good written description that is worth reading.
