Really cool campground. Wish the showers were less than 5 miles away though... Slightly expensive for vault toilet - $39.98 per night.

Price was lower than we expected. Great value. $17 per spot for an RV and it ended up to be $35 with four people plus taxes. The view here is spectacular and the staff is very professional.

We booked a one night tent spot after our reservation inside Yellowstone was canceled due to the floods. This campsite was everything we needed, and the view was beautiful!

This is a beautiful spot with great views. It is on the expensive side for a state park as you have to pay the daily access fee as well as the overnight camping fee. We stayed in one of the tenting spots. The spots are physically separated from the parking area so you have to carry your gear down a path to get to the site. Also, be aware that you're right next to US 16 so there is traffic all night. Not a big deal as long as you are prepared.

Yes. On leash and BYO poop bags
Yes, dependent on what the fire warnings are for the area. We could burn charcoal, but not wood when we were there.
No bungalows or cabins at campground. Tent and RV camping only.
I don't know. We were driving along and stopped to see if there was a "walkin site". Often state parks will have those sites first come - first serve.
At some sites, yes
One loop does (loop A if I remember correctly) and I think it's also the only loop that takes reservations. I believe the rest are first come.
