Several people said it's the best restaurant in Cody. Not sure about that but it is excellent! We stayed at the hotel (also fabulous!) so we got to go several times. Staff is friendly and helpful like the rest of the hotel. Food is great and surprisingly reasonable when it comes to pricing.

My wife and I had an excellent meal tonight. We started off with the flash fried brussels sprouts which were very good. For the main course my wife had the filet mignon and I had the spicy rattlesnake pasta. We both had Caesar salads, which were excellent. The spicy rattlesnake pasta was outstanding. My wife had an issue with gristle in the filet. Our waitress, Nicole, immediately took care of it by offering us several options at which my wife asked for another filet. My wife was pleased with the second filet. The entire staff was impressive starting with the hostesses, our busser Donna Kay, and our waitress Nicole. I watched the staff continually circling the restaurant to help one another to fill drinks and clean off the table. I was also happy that Nicole gave us a carafe of ice water. It drives me crazy when restaurant staff does not fill water. We finished our first carafe of water and Donna Kay immediately came to our table and asked if we wanted another. I have only seen teamwork like that at one other restaurant in St. Louis.

Waitress was fantastic. Older hostess seemed bitter about something else and brought it to work with her. I work and live in the park and have been establishing the habit of carrying bear spray. She felt the need not only to ask me to take it off my belt, which I gladly complied, she then muttered walking away “we don’t have any bears in the restaurant”. Then after I put it back on waiting on for my party to get out of the bathroom after eating proceeded to say “you know we don’t have any bears in town right?” With a smirk and walked away quickly. This individual has no business in hospitality and I hope she does not treat the tourists who graciously patron this restaurant instead of the other options in Cody the same.

We consistently follow all guidelines and regulations suggested by the State and County Health Officers. All staff including kitchen personnel all wear masks when on property. All tables and patrons are seated more than 6 ft apart. We provide masks and sanitizer stations. We also follow strict cleaning and sanitizing practices of all menus, tables, seats and public surfaces.

I just called the restaurant to see what time they closed and even though it says 10 o’clock online it says 9 o’clock on a Saturday night when I call.
