ALWAYS ALWAYS late. We woke up VERY early just to wait a few hours for the bus and driver. Smells horrid always. They are running late so they don’t have time to empty the toilets. Stinks up the whole bus, worst smell you will ever smell. It a health hazard. Make them run out of business.

Greyhound has so misrepresented what was here. It isn't a "partner station". There's not even a sheltered bench or permanent signage. It's just a sandwich board. Also if they are thinking their partner is Amtrak they need to tell Amtrak. A security guard at the nearby Amtrak station refused me entry to use the restroom.

What the heck Portland you should be ashamed not having a decent greyhound station at bare minimum area! You are a city not a rural area and now that you allow the homeless to just camp anywhere the unsafe feeling I had having to stand on a corner near under a bridge with my kids. There's no shelter and your epic for rain. No sitting besides the few benches at the parking lot across the street. And the audacity you have the amtrack station located right there but your being so careless and cheap as if travelers aren't important. I'm native to Portland I didnt even know the station got closed and for what exactly. But it makes no sense as if you can't afford a decent area yoy need to open back up the station for travelers. At bare minimum around 9am two workers showed up out of no where..... to atleast guide us lost souls clueless what to do they were nice

There is no 'station'. Was dropped off on the street between homeless encampments. Weather was below 50 degrees the entire time. Left for 3 hours waiting for a late bus in the dark. Security guys were very nice.

Got my tickets online and the app along with the info and confirmation number was all I needed just went to the gate and board
it has already moved... its right across the street from Harvey's Comedy Club...
Could be I would think so the best way is to call and see if they arrive from Salem or go to
Good question. Yes, max goes there but i dont know which one... Google "max to greyhound"... Should get your answer...
No there is not. Ask the AMTRAK PEOPLE AND YOU CAN PAY FOR LOCKER
no, due to privacy reasons
There's a restaurant with delicious, stick to your ribs, comfort food called "The G Station". They serve hamburgers and baconburgers and hotdogs and pancakes and bacon and eggs and fruit smoothies and sodas and milkshakes and fries and all kinds of yummy stuff. It's worth making the trip into the Greyhound building just to eat at the G Station. I believe the restaurant is actually owned and operated by the family of a woman who works at the Greyhound ticketing office, but i can't be positive about that. I do know it's a big family that operates rhe place though.
It's open 5:30am to 11:00am it will reopen at 5:30pm
Or you can park at the sign that is posted as long as you don't impede on the buses
Get on max
I don't see a question here.
The Bus Station is, but there is temporary ticket station and loading station available
Dont know you
I would suggest strongly buying tickets online. Through Expedia.com or Priceline.com ect.
Yes,when the building closes any ticketed passenger awaiting a bus arrival can stay inside the lobby
No I've never had to show my ID with my e ticket
The former station on 6th is closed permanently. You board buses curbside about 150 meters north just past the train station
Board at Union Station. Leaves twice a day.
No, No, No. Taxi or Rideshare Only. There is a city bus that only serves the Main Part of town, not in a rural area of Washougal.
Online they have payment options what you are talking about you can do on there
It's a big freakin mystery! No one at the Greyhound call center knows. Take the train from PDX and ask the train driver where to get off closest to 7411 NW Statiion Way.... just guessing.
I'd go with Amtrak, they are right across the street and they are much safer as well as being able to accommodate people who need to wait.
No there's not, but Enterprise Rent-A-Car (1-800-rentacar) will come pick you up and take you to the nearest office, which is located several blocks away.
