GREAT experience. I let them know that I was having trouble with a stripped oil plug, they told me where to quickly purchase one, and when I returned they installed it during the oil change. Very pleasant employees, super quick and efficient. 10/10 will return.

Morning of April 1st. Walked into this Jiffy Lube shop to inquire the pricing on a 5qtz conventional oil change and was quoted $60. The main reason for me to write this feedback is as I was walking in, the guy didn't even say hello as he was talking to his colleague hidden in that office. I walked in, waited for about 15 seconds for his acknowledgement of my presence. No hello. I started to say and asked a question anyway. Even when he answered, he didn't care to look at me, the customer. The worse part, I was about to clarify the price he quoted then another customer (white) came in, and this tech enthusiastically greeted him, talked to him and completely ignored me as if I wasn't there. I knew if I said something or stood there a few more seconds, there'd be argument. So I walked straight out. This tech was RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

My husband, my daughter, and I each brought our vehicles in for service today. I’ve been going to jiffy lube locations for years and they are always friendly and quick. Today, Devon at Chehalis, was friendly and personable. They worked quickly to get us through but we didn’t feel rushed. Enjoyed our experience today and will definitely be back!
