Hello I’m a professional truck driver, this was my first time at this specific Loves. Been on the road all day just wanted to shower. I left my rewards card at home and asked if they would take the numbers off of it, because I have them memorized at this point and had free showers on it. They denied said I would have to have a picture of it when it’s 2,800 miles away at my home. I then said forget it and paid the $15.00 for the shower. First off when I walk in one towel is already on the floor. Secondly the shower handle was completely opposite, hot setting was cold and the cold setting was hot…. Shoutout to the installer! I quickly figured that out, after having the water run for 5 minutes before getting in. But wait there’s more, the cold setting wasn’t hot either! $15.00 for a cold shower and denied my refund. I’ll be sticking to any other Truckstop besides Loves. Very inconsiderate workers.

We drive a 1990 converted international 3800 school bus. We try to do most of the work ourselves but discovered we needed a new fan clutch which we didn't have the space to replace or ability to order one in. When we happened to come to loves to see if they could order the part we were met with nothing but helpful service and kind people. Specifically Joshua, Christian, Mario and Shaun went out of their way to help us. They ended up ordering the part and replacing it which was awesome for us. Their prices weren't too expensive and they were knowledgeable and helping. Thank you guys for all your help and expertise.

Lepton Spin

This is my first time coming to a Love's truck stop. I will keep this chain in mind in the future. They are spread out all over the country it seems. This was an excellent gas station with a couple restaurants and nice bathrooms. And did I mention the excellent prices! I suppose the gas price makes this place a bit too busy. They also let you stay overnight in your car if you want here. Lots of vans, RVs and cars parked around the place and trucks too in a neighboring lot. The truckers seem to love this place.

I stop here frequently. Great store. Clean restrooms and showers. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Shop here is very busy, plan on waiting an hour+ to get in. Parking also fills up early say 1900 by the latest.
