My church friends had a great time there!! Beautiful and peaceful lake! The auditorium is placed in a perfect spot with a great view!

Nice campsite, nothing really spectacular aside from the short walk to the reservoir. Large enough for 2 small tents or one big one. Wish there was more trees between the camp sites, they're not a lot of privacy.

Something about this place just brings me so much peace. It is a hidden gem in Northern Arizona. This is our go to place for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. The facilities are well maintained, the pads are well shaded and taken care of, the trails are fun to explore and the lake? Well, it's the entire reason we are here. Top that with a gorgeous view of Bill Williams mountain and you will find yourself amongst one of the nicest and most scenic campgrounds available in AZ. The hosts are very nice and they expect you to behave! Why wouldn't you? This place is heaven in the forest :)

We went here in December. The campground was closed but the lake was open. Fishermen were fishing from the shore and in boats. Not sure if they were successful. The area is absolutely beautiful. Much larger lake than I figured it would be. Great family gathering area with several pavilions and outdoor grills. Picnic table a plenty.

Access to the lake itself is free. There's a camping charge and possibly a boat launch fee also.
Yes good lake for trout .stockers too 4lbs .use worms on bottom and or on top with bobbers .power bait is king there for trout any color works.lake does have bass and crappie too
Yes many people bring pets
If you camp in the camping area near the lake it's 24.00 a day. But as your coming in to Dogtown lake Rd. there's plenty of free camping spots. No facilities except at the lake. We love it just fine that way.
I'm not sure. But people still fish there. Been going there when I get the chance. When I'm off work. For sure the the restroom by the lake is open. They were lock B4.
Yes, they need to be on a leash.
