I think the hardest part of service is what to do when things go awry. They forgot part of my order, and they were very polite in making it right. Usually tourist town franchises have poor service because you’re likely to be just one-time customer. The management and staff of this McDonald’s had exemplary service and attitude that beat any of the “fancy” restaurants I’ve experienced. I probably won’t use the coupons as they’re in AZ— but I’ll keep them as a teaching moment for my team— customers remember how companies tackle their mistakes.

Someone connected the wrong soda to the Coke and the Dr. Pepper. Finally just order a Sprite so I could tell at least it visually it was the right soda. Tried to not give me my ice coffee but then tried to hand me someone else's food and hot chocolate.

Stopped at this restaurant for a quick lunch. Used the kiosk to order two crispy chicken sandwiches, and a small french fry. Order was ready within 10 minutes and was cooked fresh. Fried chicken patty was cooked so so, and was somewhat flavorful. French Fries tasted good, and they provided plenty of ketchup packets. Also ordered a soft serve cone which was very good. Parking wasn't a problem, drive thru not that busy either. Sevice I would say 5 stars, food 3 stars. I like their breakfast items better than the sandwiches or burgers. Just my prference.

Hands down the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to! They are fast, fresh and just delicious! The meat is always hot and cheese is melted perfectly on the burgers. It’s definitely my favorite McDonald’s!
