Wait more than 10 minutes in the drive-through they have 2 lane to order They take 3 cars on the other lane before they got to me and I asked the guy why they would do that and he was really rude and hes respond was it wasn't me it was a different person. If you order inside is the same thing is always dirty and you have to wait a long time before you get your food I was hoping drive through will be a little bit faster but it's worse.

Rude cashier. Overcharged me for food I told her I didn’t want, and when I went back up for a refund she called me a liar in front of me to her manager. When she read back the order I tried to correct her then but didn’t take the item off. Complete failure of proper customer service. Sad.

No pride in product here. The lobby is trashed. I couldn’t find a single table that was clean. All kinds of trash on the floor. A very dirty restaurant. The food tasted fine, but it was caked with mayonnaise and when I unwrapped it, the bun was off to the side of the chicken patty putting mayo on the wrapper and making a mess. I realize its McDonalds, but thats no reason to not care. My fries were pretty cold too.

Very clean and sanitized. Nice and friendly workers. Fresh and modern style. They deserve more than 5 stars. This place should be used as a model for other McDonald’s.

Same here. When I visited there was mop water right below the soda machine and the tables had not been cleaned. Not sure why? Maybe because it's out there in the desert.
Been there, a very busy place, lots of travelers. Try the Carl's down the street.
Sorry drive thru only for us
This McDonalds is doing a very good job with the clientele that they have. A lot of travelers who don't care about the mess they leave behind. Some of the best dressed people leave some of the biggest messes! McDonald's has someone on the floor cleaning at all times. So many people think that they have the right to be such pigs. This is one of the busiest McDonald's I have ever been in. This location also has a lot of people from other countries eating here, who don't care what they leave behind as in messes. We visit this store several times a week and are constantly amazed how these employees keep up with the demands, with smiles on their faces!
I don't believe is a standard thing for McDonalds probably a mistake by the employees, most likely only McDonald's office could answer.
