Why have a kiosk if the majority dont bother to use it??

Kiosk is kinda confusing to use. Like for instance if you want to add certain things to a burger, you cant. Easier at register

I went to the kiosk qnd turned around to have a load of students go riggt to the register to lazy to use it..

Small flowing community. Boo cop tourists passing through. Kiosk way to go.
