Need to hire more morning shift employees. Every time I come in in the morning they are ONLY helping the drive through people and the people inside do not get orders taken or served. So ridiculous. The older lady that is working in the morning always looks frantic like she is trying to get everything done by herself

This place is so poorly managed and run. The staff are champions for working in such terrible conditions. Owner is a multi millionaire with dozens of other stores and he can't ensure his staff is well paid, fed or even expected to have cold ac. Even the lobby is too hot most days and the newer big lady manager is absolutely rude and lazy. The kind of person who pretends not to see you until she reluctantly has to deal with you, while rarely even checking the counters. Bless the kids who work there. They are being exploited terribly.

Quick, friendly counter service. The location has a large but fairly steep driveway. It seems ok for bringing a trailer up it and there is a large turn around area. However the transition angle when returning onto the street is too steep. Lost a landing gear foot on our trailer due to this.

The employees were really nice and working I guess as fast as they could, and it was almost empty when I first walked in then a rush came out of nowhere it seems. It got really overcrowded in the space by the register(s) and a nasty little kid was coughing all over the place without a mask on.
