Positive: Close yo pool and safety. No extra charges while checking in. Employees where nice and respectful. Negative: Dirty, needs to be renovated for the price. Wasn't vacuumed, sink parts on sink counter, pool area dirty.

Very small room. We had 2 queen beds and felt crammed in the room. I had to change room once due the first room the door would not close. I got to hotel early and because I wanted to check in early they charged me $20. Not a great experience and will never return to this hotel. Also amenities we were promised did not work like the wifi.

Requested a date change in advance and was met by extremely rude and unhelpful staff that said they received no message from booking.com regarding this. Then very coincidentally less than five minutes after getting off the phone my date change was declined and my card was charged. I found better options in Needles

We got there pretty late, the man at the desk was so respectful and full of energy. It was refreshing. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The next to morning we go breakfast, everything was set up nicely. We had three children, age ranging from 8 months old to 7 years old. They had a little bit of everything offered at breakfast, was able to feed my 8 month old yogurt and the other two girls had pancakes. Over all just a really good hotel. Had no issues at all.
