I always like this one. Not sure what to tell y'all. I go sporadically so I am not talking about 1 visit...i'm talking 3-4 times a week. Small items. A hamburger patty or french fries and a small drink. I use drive thru. I have 3 McDowells near me and while I have gone to the downtown one as well and like it too...I sitll favor this one. I got hot af fries and my hambuger was fresh as I felt juices coming out. The visit is the day i posted this...so the money person was business and the food person who handed it out was super nice. The younger gen seem...bright eyed.

Hey was in while a lovely couple was in there! Overheard a conversation where they were trying to explain how they travel to all different McDonald’s over the state and that this was the worst one they have ever been too. The manager I think she was? Very nice lady, was doing everything in her power to keep these people as costumers by trying to give them a free meal card. The higher up manager explained that they couldn’t give those out to “every unhappy costumer”, proceeded to yell at her and told her she had to leave the establishment. I’m not sure but I think his name was Tom? The way he treats him employees and costumers is HORRIBLE. Do not think he deserves to work there.

They have yet to get anything right. Someone should teach them what sweet tea and regular tea is. Listening to customers and maybe not being so talky. Tell your employees to shut up and work. This place blows and your all failures

The staff that works around 5pm is so bad they rush on my food every time. The food is fresh as requested but the presentation is so sloppy always. Also fresh fries don’t mean burnt fries. Go in the day time if you want great customer service and good looking non rushed food
