After sitting for 28 minutes waiting for 4 drinks we were so disappointed to find that not one of our drink orders were correct. Girl that brought drinks didn't have any dollar bills to give change so people were mad like we were and just letting her keep it. So, Megan, you are not as sly as you think you are. We will not be back and will most definitely be trying to find out who is really running the show there.

My order was a grilled cheese and an ocean water. After 30 minutes later still waiting, finally switches to SO and so is on there way. Wait about 10 more minutes. I get it, people are short handed everywhere, but this is bread and cheese! Throw it in a microwave for 15 seconds, at this point I do not care!! Once the full meals were delivered to the cars on either side of me that arrived AFTER I did I decided I was done waiting. I told the employee that I would like my money back (she claimed she was going to void my order and return the money to my card - should take 5 to 7 days to see the return. Believe me I will be watching for that to be returned!) I leave angry, without my order, without my money, without any patience, and now I am late to pick up my hungry child from practice. Thanks for NOTHING Sonic!!

After repeating my order three times, they still got it wrong. When I pointed it out I had to talk to a manager to get the same meal I had ordered with no problems the day before. When I did get the meal it was well below the quality that they usually serve. In Addition: I have continued to visit this Sonic. That day was definitely the exception, not the rule.

If your ever in a hurry this is not the place to go. Service is extremely slow. Usually takes 20-30 minutes to get you food then you might as well as flip a coin on whether your order is right or not. By far the worst location I have ever been. The only positive note, is their staff is friendly. Of course I would to if it took so long to put food out. Might as well go somewhere and sit down and eat. Needs new management.
