There's 1 review, no interior pictures and no site. What's the condition of apartments inside? Are the rooms reasonably priced? Are pests and/or leaks a regular problem?

This is a condominium building, meaning each unit is owned by a separate owner and all the owners have the right to remodel their own units at their discretion. You would need to purchase a condo, or rent it from an existing owner. Traditionally, all condo owners pay a monthly condo fee which covers the costs of routine repairs and extermination services.

Do you accept any housing vouchers??
