DO NOT GET THE BRISKET!! It's trying to be shredded but it is mushy, almost like paste with occasional shreds of meat. And a 10" is $8.99! I got a 10" and the brioche. The dog ate $15 of sandwiches. Save yourself. Go to Arby's for brisket. Seriously. :(
