I'm extremely upset with my order tonight. My boyfriend has a strawberry allergy, it can make him very sick. And we each got a brownie blizzard tonight. There was obviously cross contamination and it makes me wonder how other things are handled. He couldn't enjoy his blizzard because I saw a strawberry laying mixed in it. And they made both in the same blender. Normally we don't worry about speaking up about his allergy, when it's chocolate or something basic. Never had this issue. So now we had a blizzard that had to be put away and I felt horrible he couldn't have it. He ended up having an allergic reaction.. not sure what to do now Update: filed a complaint and was never notified.

This DQ is awful. None of the workers seemed to know what was going on, the orders were all coming out together and the people at the window didn’t know what order was what. All of the workers seemed incredibly frazzled and it didn’t appear as thorough there was any management on site to help them at all. We got home and took the kids off our blizzards and they were only halfway filled.

This is another hit or miss place lately. New staff makes portions irregular, can be normal to irritatingly small depending on who is making them. No consistency nor pride in their work lately. People just don't care about giving good service anymore.

Very rude mid day service. My blizzard was more like a melted milkshake. I ordered two hotdogs to go (working w/2) she slides the hot dogs on the counter “ here” 😕 inn bm politely ask for a bag, she snatches a bag from the bag pile and sets it on top of the hot dogs. 😳 I slid them back through the window and asked the next worker to please bag the hot dogs and she too snatched it with an attitude. Keeping the peace I thanked them and left. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
