I'm not sure why this particular store never allows you to use their 20% off coupons?.. I literally got an email from Big Lots the night before with a 20% off coupon that expired July 2nd. This is the third time I've tried to use that type of coupon here and each time I'm either told that it already expired or their computer won't accept it.. If I'm a rewards member and I'm giving you my phone number, what's the issue? If you don't want to honor it, just say so.. It's not like the 20% is coming out of your cashier's pay🙄

I rarely go in this store but when I do they never have what I want and the shelves are a mess. I really don't like to leave bad reviews but there is a reason I only go here once every two years.

BEWARE!!! My husband and I got Big Lots credit cards so we could make a large furniture purchase. I pay it every month. Well on 1/17/22, they took the entire balance of what I owed out of my bank account without my permission!! I don’t even have auto pay set up, so they claim it was me who went online and did it. I assured them I did not do that, and they say they are going to refund me minus the minimum payment. I am going to pay off this card in the next few months just so I can be done with them! Big lots is nothing but scammers and liars.
