I dropped off a prescription for eye drops for my canine who has an eye condition. At approximately 3:00 PM I was told it would take an hour to fill. They took my phone number saying they would call when it’s ready. They never called and after waiting for two hours after arriving home I called to learn they were closed! The hours posted at the pharmacy counter said 7:00 PM. Their website said closing soon at 6:00 PM. I drove there and arrived at 5:45 only to see the hours posted on the entrance said 5:00PM. So my dog has to suffer until at least 9:00AM tomorrow assuming the prescription was even filled. THIS IS EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE AND EVEN THOUGHTLESS! If I obtain the prescription tomorrow it will be the LAST TIME I darken the door of this poorly run pharmacy! Shame on you!!

This place used to be a sleepy no name pharmacy until it switched to CVS and became a sleepy CVS. If you NEED medicine choose a larger CVS of Leonardtown or California that will be open when you need them if you need some aspirin from the hours of 10am-2pm maybe monday-friday they should be open LOL.

Doctor called my RX in on Friday. Monday: We haven't filled it yet, but she's going to fill it tomorrow. Tuesday: Your insurance won't actually let us fill it until tomorrow Wednesday: We actually have some new policies about medicine shipping and don't even have it yet, but we'll call you when we have it. Both the speed and the lack of communication (Dare I say complete lies to my face? Or stupidity? Maybe both?) are extremely disappointing. I'm a lazy dude, I'm not just going to switch to a new pharmacy because of one bad experience. This is the last one I'll tolerate, though.

Dropped my prescription off at about 6:15, went back around 6:40 to pick it up but had forgotten my ID. I told them I'd be back in 20 minutes, they said OK. Went back at 7:06 (I know it's past closing) there were still customers in the store and I needed my medication. They refused to open the doors and I was without my medication for the next day as I had no way to get back because we have a single car in my family, that runs at least. I had bought Shampoo earlier and the cashier, Jarret, was chatting it up with the other cashier there about hunting and accidentally shooting dogs. Not very professional of him in my opinion and will not be taking my prescriptions there any longer. (Edit) This is when it was St. John's pharmacy. They have excellent staff now, and I fill every prescription here.
