I had two radiology appointments. I called to schedule and the lady on the phone was really nice. A month later went to my appointment. The facility is nice, old design but they maintained it. The front desk ladies in radiology were friendly. Since I had two radiology orders they just did them together and I was out within an hour. The tech was also friendly.

The call center is the worst I have ever encountered. My doctor is great but I can never get an appointment sooner than 3 weeks. The most recent encounter, they tried to tell me they didn't take my insurance. They wouldn't listen to me just kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me when I tried to verify my appointment time and date. I have never had a bad encounter with the providers themselves but front desk and call center has mostly been negative. I really hope the negative attitudes turn into positive ones.

Terrible place, and I’m not sure why some of the staff here chose the medical field seeing how they lack any kind of kindness and compassion. They treat you like you’re an inconvenience. I was in for an ultrasound for some medical concerns. I was a nervous wreck, and in pain, so my partner came for support. The woman who performed my ultrasound, “Beth” came to get me and as soon as my partner and I stood up, she said, “no, just one!” I couldn’t believe that my own partner wasn’t allowed to come back and at least sit with me for comfort. She told me to get undressed, and get on the table- when I went to sit on the table, she goes, “sit down from the front!” She didn’t speak to me the entire time. When the ultrasound was finished she just said, “get dressed and you can just go.” Didn’t even show me out the door, didn’t even say to have a nice day- nothing.Clearly, the career field she chose was a mistake, because she lacks any kind of compassion and kindness. She lacked personality all together. She made it very clear that not only were my medical concerns not a concern to her, but that she wasn’t happy in her job. The cherry on top of this entire thing was that I had to call my doctor after almost a week of waiting to hear results- my doctor had never even received my results, even though they were supposed to in 2-3 days. My doctor told me that this happens all the time with this place because they never do their job and send results over and patients end up calling all the time because they get concerned. It infuriates me that places like this even remain open, and that people who have no business in the medical field continue to work there.

Dr. Das and Dr. Joseph are each there 1 day a week.
There are internists and general surgeons there who can see you. There are no ENT surgeons there.
