Love this company. I’m a frequenter at the Cannon Beach shop when I’m in town but I do make it up to the Seaside every so often to see the boards and to say hi to Josh if I can catch him. The best customer service ever at both shops either every employee they have. Even their used surfboard Instagram has great customer service! I’ve legit had a 30 minute conversation with the person that runs it to find out if a board was what I needed or not. Felt like I was actually in the shop and was never made my questions feel stupid. I’ve never needed to call their online department but if I did I have a feeling I’d have the same experience.

Came in for the first time two months ago and I was impressed. Awesome selection of gear! They had everything that I needed. An employee named Sammy was very helpful and seemed to go out of his way to get everything we needed (Drove to another location for something my wife needed). He was also extremely knowledgeable about all the gear/Seaside surf history/surf reports and the local breaks. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was annoying him or taking up his time, which doesn't happen normally in other surf shops. Usually questions come with a slight attitude in shops from my experience. Believe me when I say I had A LOT of questions. Give this guy a raise! On top of that he gave me his work email so if I have any questions down the road I can ask a reliable source. Very personal all the way through and never made me feel like a customer. Everyone treated me like a friend. I also got a chance to met the owner of the shop! I was happy when he went and showed me some cool photos of his in the shop. I can tell this surf shop is pretty well off but good on them to make it have a chill and local vibe. With how busy it was and what seemed like only four workers including the owner working they did a amazing job. Ill be back. Thanks Josh and the Cleanline crew!
