Not well versed in NYS employment laws. Def. Are lacking in follow up and accountability internally. Kayla HR does not communicate appropriately. **Still not changing my review. Sadly the emails are black and white. The HR at this hiring agency lacks organization, appropriate tone, and any motivation to get out of a chair. The micro messaging that is implied in the unprofessional emails they send employees is astounding. I have managed more than 450 employees at any given time and very much so understand how to speak to someone and treat someone. Like I expressed before Kayla severely lacks any of the attributes for the role. She should really reconsider her role or how she speaks to people. No one is inferior to her. Shockingly she expects the employees to just deal with it. Unfortunately for her some employees do have very well versed individuals at home.
