They do not allow you to try on clothes. On top of that, they only give you an in-store credit for returns--which means they are guaranteed to get your money no matter what. They should at least allow a full refund with tags attached. To their credit, some of the staff are very nice. But their closed fitting rooms and terrible return policy means I won't be returning.

Prices have increased a bit in the last 6 months. But still a great place to find a bargain.plenty of items at the store now. Prices continue to rise but plenty of items.

Expensive is the only word I have to describe goodwills recently. I have always loved shopping there but I dont think I can continue with the way their pricing is going.

SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!! Love seeing people donate all this good stuff but when it doesn’t sell and is supposed to be 50% off they COVER IT WITH A NEW TAG (different colors)! To make sure it sells for the PROFIT they want.. NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION???? You deceptive, lying, cheating snakes! That and you take stuff to be sold on you auction site that you deem more valuable so you can get more money. Donations we’re supposed to go to people in need not you to jack up the prices higher then the original tag that was on it when it showed up as a donation. I see things from target with the original target tag cheaper than your price. I see .10 cent bottles in there for $1-$3! You are so absurd and management is going to hell for it’s greediness.
