Very bad experience here. The staff was rude, uncomfortable seating arrangements. For the price, it’s not an upscale restaurant. Will not be returning. My husband and I had a hard time sitting at the table , as our legs barely fit and we are short people. Would not recommend. Small portions, quality of the meat was not good.

It's called: The Steak Night Easter Special Supreme: Manager's Deliverance It was a joyous Sunday evening, planned for a casual takeout dinner, until my roomate Kadeem and I drove past a strip mall steakhouse: "Palmers Steak and Seafood." "What do you think about steak night?!" I exclaimed to my dear friend. We decided to enjoy a Sunday Easter treat and venture to an untried, yet many-a-time considered restaurant. We called ahead to make a reservation, and we were unsettled when a confused Maitre D answered the phone. She was unsure about accommodating us, but after a few minutes we were secured a table. We ordered the pear salad with a raspberry yogurt vingarette and the marinated skirt steak with mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables to share. Both were absolutely scintillating, paired perfectly with their respective complimentary sides. That, however, was nothing compared to the Warm, Scrumptious TOUCH OF THE MANAGERS HAND ON MY ARM as he asked me how my steak was. The gentle care and considerate placement - softly and sweetly caressing my shoulder - really emphasized that I was being taken care of as if he was my long lost papi. Boy did I feel seen and loved. I drank it all in with the dark notes of the 2018 J. Lohrs Merlot. What a great dinner; what a great man! It doesn't end there -- I ordered a red velvet molten lava cake for desert, and Kadeem ordered the blueberry crisp. Although Kadeem's desert wasn't accompanied with the typical ice cream scoop that we all expected, the kind homely manager visited our table AGAIN to check in on us. With a tame, tender pat on the arm, he left us to finish our meal on a pleasant end note. Jovial and satisfied, we left the restaurant as excited future patrons. While the ice cream scoop would normally drop sweet, sweet Palmers down to a 4.5/5, their manager's outstanding service and attention warrants a 5/5 in my book. Thank you, sweet sweet Palmers, for a great dinner.

This is an European restaurant with a good atmosphere and good service. We went here on super bowl night. Although there are not many customers, the service is still great. The only regret is that I ordered medium Wellington but they made it a little well, they said they would make a new one for me but we declined. Overall a good experience will come again.

Food was dynamite and the service was great. We had the lamb and 2 pasta dishes tiramisu and creme brulee. 5*
