I’d like to share my experience that I just received at this Walmart. I walked in with a return. A very nice employee said we don’t do returns over $50 without a receipt. We had a pleasant exchange and she asked if I’d like to speak with a manager. Team lead Vanessa walked passed me several times as if she was waiting for me to get tired of waiting and leave. When she finally approached me she was very unhappy to see me when I asked her with a basic return question. She let me know that I could not return an item that I did not have a receipt for. I asked her for paperwork stating so because nowhere on the website or service desk did it provide this information. She walked away from me cursing under her breath. When she finally came back 10 min later I had already been helped by a team lead Wilson. He was calm and explained the best way to retrieve a receipt without having to ask the gift giver. I am not sure what the issue was with Vanessa but I will tell you right away this is not the kind of person I would want representing a big name store like Walmart.

For it being my second time here and no less on father's day at the return desk section, its wasn't the best experience but also NOT the worst either. I understand being understaffed will have it's negative effects but I gotta say,the young man at the return desk was keeping his cool and even though costumers didn't understand they needed to have patients when things are not moving fast enough for them, just keep in mind that could be YOU/family member dealing with an overwhelming situation, so give them some slack... You'll be attended to.... just wait! Like how I did, without complaining and understanding the situation. Other than that I can't really comment on the store wasn't able to look around after dealing with that headache, maybe 3rd times a charm, it just won't be anytime soon.

One of the newest and cleanest Walmart locations in the area. Given the other large-area stores nearby, this location doesn't disappoint.

Today I was verbally and physically assaulted by 2 separate employees who refused to give their names. I am so disappointed in the response and reaction time of the staff as this is a serious incident. 1/26/2022 @ approx 11:40 am. I was told the manager was not at the store, I was giving the run around. It started by a double verification of my basket of items, I was met with a rude door associate asking me calm down after I asked a simple question. After I was given my receipt back the associate tried to start a back and forth argument so I walked out. The associate then yelled out "F*&$ you then" when I came back inside for clarification I was met with another associate who refused to show ID and explained to me that no manager was on site to speak to, that the store doesn't give out names and when I tried to take a picture of both of them. The associate aggressively smacked my phone down while in my hands and then ran off. Unbelievable poor customer treatment. Update: over an hour has gone by, and still not a proper response from the management team.

Call them or visit the store and talk to their customer service center. They will probably be able to resolve your issues
Yes you will need to go to there web site and pick the store that is near you.
Mainly just masks are required now. I didnt see anything else being enforced
Maybe because they are busy doing their job, it's better to go to the store, and you have a question, you could speak to an employee or their customer service.
