Do not come here. They do not follow schedule. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and claims to be the practice manager. She answers her cell phone and makes you wait while she is on zoom calls when confronted she is just rude and blames everyone else. PA I saw at another location was cold and careless as well.

Gave them a second chance and regret it. If you care about not having to deal with audist/ableist doctors, then this is not the practice for you. Also, take a little look at the demographics of the staffing too and compare ENTs to audiologists. Just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Dr. Carothers and Johanna are amazing. I felt like a real patient instead of just what my insurance can provide. I had surgery, routine check ups and recently an allergy test with no issues. Amazing customer service as well.
