I been wanting to schedule an appointment with Dr. Calloway for over a month. The reception for Dr. Calloway, Corinthia Haley is very unprofessional. A month of going back and forth Corinthia Haley claims not having my insurance when I sent it with the forms. I had filled out. Corinthia does not return calls and does not verify insurance and suggest I do. Very unprofessional and not fit to work with the public. I was in such disbelief that I said that’s okay I’ll get another doctor. I can see why the 3.3 rating!!!

The doctors here are great!! However, the billing department is ridiculous. I keep getting invoices, 1 from 2/24/20 and one from 12/30/2019, both of which have been paid through Medicare and my secondary insurance. These invoices have been sent several times over the past 2 1/2 years. Each time I have verifed through Medicare that they have indeed been paid. I was told the last time it happened it was due to a "glitch" in the system. It's starting to look like a scam to me! How many seniors get confused and pay these invoices over and over? And do they ever get their money back?

Called to make an appointment with Dr. Mehta. A woman answered the phone, I asked of Dr. Mehta was still with their office and promptly GOT HUNG UP ON. If any one else is looking for Dr. Mehta, he is now in the Athens office only. Thank God, if this is how they treat patients on the phone, I don't want to know how I'd be treated in office. Grow up and simply answer the question instead of being lazy and rude.

It is a cattle car experience. They did 33 procedures the day I had latest of 4 colonoscopies. Doctor spent 5.2 seconds with me post procedure to tell me I needed surgery. No word why, no word of biopsy.

Only doctor can answer that. It would depend on the severity.
I didn't get a call for payment before my appointment but I had a procedure done after my initial appointment that I got a call that requesting the copay for that procedure.
Some of the worse communication and phone answering of ANY practice I've experienced over the years.
