I walked in, saw that they were busy. Asked how long the wait was. When I say I've never been made to feel uncomfortable RIGHT from the threshold. Wow. I'm embarrassed I wasted the gas. Two different stylists were so rude just off that question. Never again.

I keep telling myself that I’m not going to continue coming here. They typically do a good job but I should NOT be here all day. I was here at OPENING. I’ve been sitting in the same spot for hours. Ive been skipped over multiple times. There CLEARLY isn’t any rhyme or reason to waiting times. The person who started ay the same time as me has been gone for at least an hour. Your hair will look nice when you leave but THE WAIT HAS NEVER BEEN WORTH IT.

Didn't know that was offered. I stopped going because near the end 9f the straightening process, the spray a lite mist of something oily. My hair is thin and it completely weighs it down.

Yes and yes. I haven't done a full sew-in, but I've had a few tracks sewn in for volume and it looked natural. Actually, it looked better and it was much cheaper than when my regular stylist did it.
