I sent an email to the owner, after receiving her service, to provide some feedback on my experience. Date of service was Dec. 22 & Dec. 24 2021 however to date I have not received any feedback. My grievances are that I did not leave with color I asked for and I found out later there was an up-charge for “gray coverage” (which by the way grays were coming through 2wks later) when what I booked was a semi-color and also received permanent color. I was surprised, owner being a educator on her, she didn’t give a consult regarding the services she was performing and didn’t offer any aftercare suggestion. It was very disappointing because she gave me a relaxer, gray coverage, and permanent color during the same appointment. I will say as I sat waiting my turn she didn’t stop working one time. However, I did not expect to be sitting there for 5+ each appointment. If you’ve ever been here you can quickly pick up on to at having hair longer then 2 inch is not favorable as there were multiple comments about it. Also I also must say, to openly say “clients need to stop bringing in instagram pics thinking they can get the same thing” is offensive. I have never met a stylist that wasn’t okay with a client being in a photo to show what they are looking for. With the exception of just the few disappointments I mentioned above the salon was beautiful and initially you feel welcomed. Andrea came highly recommended and so I gave it a shot even in-spite of those who recommended her stated very simple reason as to why they no longer her services. I’m a believer of see for yourself.
