Partner came in for a perm, had an appointment and everything. Mentioned it when I came in that he had an appointment for a perm. Somehow they had no clue what I asked and gave him a haircut that was almost too short to perm. Very dissatisfied, how could I have been any clearer? Terrible, never coming back

I have going here three times a month. I am very careful what I get as over charge may happen. To say I needed a blow out curly with a brush. The hair dresser told me he can’t do the brush but the iron never once telling me it was more money. He was giving me all excuses why it was more money once I went to pay . Don’t tell me why it is more I told you I didn’t want it from the beginning without even knowing it was more money. Will never go back there again. Once I am cheated I don’t do business with a company again.

J2 salon is just wonderful. I have very thick and long hair. Other salons take forever to deal with it. J2 always does a quick and beautiful job. Very clean and reasonably priced. The massages when your hair gets washed is amazing. Great salon!
